Pricing Policy

1. Charging Fees

Users will be charged for EV charging based on the following factors:

• Energy Consumption: Charges are calculated based on the kilowatt-hours (kWh) consumed during each charging session. The cost per kWh will be displayed in the app before the session starts.
• Charging Speed: Rates may vary based on the type of charger used (e.g., fast chargers, standard chargers). The app will provide the relevant rate for the selected station.
• Idle Fees: An additional idle fee may apply if the vehicle remains connected to the charging station after the session is completed. The fee is charged on a per-minute basis and will be displayed in the app.

2. Digital Wallet

• Top-Up Amounts: Users can add any desired amount of funds to their Go Change EV digital wallet. The added amount is non-refundable except in the case of error or as required by law.
• Auto Top-Up Option: Users may enable an auto top-up feature to automatically add funds when their balance falls below a certain threshold. Users will be notified before any auto top-up occurs.
• Transaction Fees: There are no fees for adding funds to the digital wallet. However, any refunds or chargebacks may be subject to processing fees, which will be outlined at the time of the request.

3. Subscription Plans

If Go Change EV offers subscription plans for access to premium charging stations or discounts on energy rates, the following terms apply:

• Subscription Pricing: Subscription fees will be billed on a monthly or annual basis. Users can view and select available plans within the app.
• Trial Period: If a trial period is offered, users will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless canceled.
• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the app. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

4. Promotions and Discounts

• Promotional Offers: From time to time, Go Change EV may offer special promotions, discounts, or credits to users. These offers are subject to the terms outlined at the time of the promotion and may not be combined with other discounts.
• Expiration: Promotional credits and discounts may have expiration dates, and any unused portion will be forfeited after the expiration date.

5. Taxes and Fees

Applicable taxes, including sales tax and any local, state, or national taxes, will be added to all charges where required by law. These taxes will be clearly displayed to users before they complete any transaction.

6. Changes to Pricing

Go Change EV reserves the right to modify pricing for charging sessions, subscription plans, and other services at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to users through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
